he stole 99,000 dollars that is tech deal money and he took 5 tech

we're trying to get in touch with their gov. our diplomatic guy will be on a bit later.

my advice, spend a little of that cash to buy some infra & bulk up, get into defcon 1, and protect the rest of the cash.
